What can change the total?

Some services have one set amount. Laser work can change with the size of the area. CoolSculpting changes with the number of applicator placements.

Laser treatments—Aerolase, IPL and resurfacing—are priced by standard treatment area. When the area is meaningfully smaller and takes less chair time, the total is adjusted after we see it. Complete services, including facials, DiamondGlow and Endosphères, are not adjusted.

The amount shown is the usual total.

For a standard treatment area or a complete service, the amount below is what we normally charge. When coverage or applicator count changes it, the guide says so.

Deep acne scarring, substantial laxity, or a concern that requires aggressive resurfacing. One laser setting should not be treated as the answer to every type of pigment, redness or acne mark.

What can one visit realistically do?

One visit may provide a general skin refresh or let someone see how the skin responds. The amount of visible change depends on the concern, its severity and the treatment settings selected.

When repeated treatment makes more sense

Repeated visits may be more appropriate for ongoing breakouts, persistent redness, uneven tone or a progressive skin-quality goal. The four-treatment options are available but not required.

Downtime

Usually limited. Temporary warmth, redness or sensitivity can occur depending on the treatment, area and settings.

Main limitation

Aerolase is versatile, but versatility does not mean every concern responds the same way. Deeper scars, meaningful laxity or more aggressive resurfacing goals may call for another treatment.

Our opinion

Aerolase is most useful when the treatment choice starts with the actual concern: NeoSkin for broader skin-quality goals and NeoClear for active breakouts. We would rather choose the correct mode and realistic plan than sell a generic laser series.

Bottom line

IPL is best considered when visible sun-related brown spots, uneven tone or diffuse redness are the main concerns. It can improve the overall appearance of a treated area, but it is not a substitute for resurfacing, microneedling or skin-tightening treatment.

Best suited for

Visible sun-related brown spots, uneven tone, diffuse facial redness and selected superficial discoloration on the face, neck, chest or hands.

Less likely to help

Deep acne scars, pronounced texture, significant laxity, deeper wrinkles, or pigmentation that is not appropriate for light-based treatment after the skin is assessed.

What can one visit realistically do?

One visit may brighten the treated area and reduce some superficial pigment or redness. Brown spots may first look darker before they gradually flake or fade.

When repeated treatment makes more sense

A short series may make more sense when sun damage, redness or discoloration is established or spread across a larger area. One treatment is still a valid option.

Downtime

Temporary warmth, redness or sensitivity can occur. Treated brown spots may darken before flaking, so the area can look more noticeable before it looks clearer.

Main limitation

IPL mainly targets visible pigment and redness. It does not provide the same texture change or collagen remodeling expected from microneedling or resurfacing.

Our opinion

IPL is a strong choice when the concern truly is visible sun damage or diffuse redness. If texture, scars or laxity are the priority, another treatment is usually a better use of the appointment than adding more IPL sessions.

Bottom line

Laser resurfacing is the more intensive texture-focused option in this guide. It can address pores, fine lines, selected scars and uneven texture through controlled resurfacing and collagen remodeling, with more recovery than a facial, IPL or SkinPen.

Best suited for

Uneven texture, enlarged pores, fine lines, selected acne scars, selected body scars or stretch-mark coverage, and clients who accept more recovery for stronger resurfacing.

Less likely to help

Diffuse vascular redness, isolated brown spots, significant loose skin, or someone seeking an immediate event-ready treatment with little visible recovery.

What can one visit realistically do?

One treatment can create meaningful texture improvement as the skin heals and collagen remodels. The result develops gradually rather than appearing fully at the end of the appointment.

When repeated treatment makes more sense

Deeper scars, stretch marks or more established texture concerns may need repeated treatment. The number of visits should follow the concern and response, not an automatic package.

Downtime

Several days of redness, dryness, swelling, sensitivity or rough texture are possible. Recovery varies with treatment area and intensity.

Main limitation

Resurfacing is primarily a texture and remodeling treatment. It is not the most direct choice when the main issue is vascular redness, isolated pigment or significant laxity.

Our opinion

Laser resurfacing makes sense when a client wants a stronger texture-focused treatment and accepts the recovery that comes with it. For mild texture or a lower-downtime starting point, SkinPen may be more proportionate; for deeper scars, resurfacing may be the better conversation.

Bottom line

SkinPen microneedling is best for improving skin texture, pores, fine lines and mild-to-moderate acne scarring by stimulating collagen remodeling. One treatment can make sense for general skin quality, but acne scars and more established texture usually make more sense as a series.

Brown spots or significant pigmentation, visible blood vessels or facial redness, significant skin laxity, or deep and severe scars that may need more aggressive resurfacing.

What can one visit realistically do?

One treatment may improve overall skin texture and skin quality, with collagen remodeling continuing gradually over the following weeks. More established acne scars or texture concerns usually require several treatments.

When a series makes more sense

A series of approximately three treatments is commonly recommended when the goal is more meaningful improvement in acne scars, texture or collagen remodeling.

Downtime

Usually around one to three days of visible redness or sensitivity. Dryness, mild swelling or temporary roughness can occur as the skin recovers.

Main limitation

SkinPen is a collagen-remodeling treatment. It is not the best treatment for pigmentation, vascular redness or significant skin laxity.

Our opinion

For someone mainly trying to improve texture, pores, mild acne scars or overall skin quality with relatively manageable downtime, SkinPen is a very reasonable starting point. If deeper acne scars or more aggressive resurfacing goals are the priority, we may recommend a stronger resurfacing treatment instead of simply selling more SkinPen sessions.

They can improve hydration, smoothness, congestion and the immediate appearance and feel of the skin, but they are not substitutes for treatments designed for collagen remodeling, significant pigmentation, vascular redness, acne scarring or meaningful skin tightening.

Significant acne scarring, deeper wrinkles, significant laxity, persistent brown pigmentation, visible facial vessels or redness, or goals that require substantial collagen remodeling.

What can one visit realistically do?

One treatment can leave the skin feeling smoother, cleaner and more hydrated, with an immediate improvement in surface appearance. A single visit can be completely reasonable.

Do I need a series?

No. Repeat treatments may make sense for ongoing maintenance or regular professional skin care, but a series is not required to justify one appointment.

Downtime

Usually little to none. Temporary redness or sensitivity can occur, particularly when extractions, dermaplaning or a peel are included.

Main limitation

These treatments primarily work at the level of surface skin care. They should not be oversold for concerns that require laser, microneedling, IPL or another targeted modality.

Our opinion

A good facial or DiamondGlow has value when the goal matches what it does. DiamondGlow generally provides more immediate exfoliation, extraction and serum-infusion benefit than a basic facial. Adding dermaplaning or a light peel can make sense when additional surface renewal is wanted. We would rather recommend one appropriate facial than turn routine skin care into an unnecessary package.

How pricing works

CoolSculpting is priced by applicator placement, not simply by the number of office visits. The number of placements depends on the area and treatment pattern. We confirm the number of placements and total cost before treatment begins.

Bottom line

CoolSculpting is a non-surgical fat-reduction treatment for localized areas of pinchable subcutaneous fat. It is intended for body contouring, not weight loss.

Best suited for

Localized pinchable fat in the lower or upper abdomen, flanks, an appropriate submental area, or another FDA-cleared area with suitable anatomy—especially for someone near their usual body weight with a specific contouring goal.

Less likely to help

General weight loss, visceral abdominal fat, significant loose skin, expectations of immediate results, or an area without enough appropriate pinchable tissue for the applicator.

What can one treatment realistically do?

The treated fat layer changes gradually. One treatment plan may require several applicator placements during the same visit or across planned visits. One applicator does not equal an entire body area.

When might additional treatment make sense?

Some areas may benefit depending on the amount of tissue, anatomy, starting point and desired contour change. We do not automatically frame everyone as needing multiple rounds.

Downtime

Most people return to normal activities quickly, but temporary tenderness, numbness, swelling, bruising, tingling or sensitivity can occur.

Main limitation

CoolSculpting reduces localized subcutaneous fat. It does not treat obesity and is not primarily a skin-tightening procedure.

Our opinion

CoolSculpting makes the most sense when the problem is specific: a localized area of pinchable fat that remains despite otherwise reasonable weight and lifestyle habits. It is much less compelling when the actual issue is visceral fat, substantial loose skin or general weight loss. The anatomy matters more than simply choosing an area from a menu.

What can one visit realistically do?

One treatment may help temporarily reduce puffiness and fluid retention and can change how the treated tissue feels. Some clients notice that the legs or treated areas feel lighter afterward.

For cellulite appearance and uneven tissue texture, repeated treatments generally make more sense than expecting a substantial change from one appointment.

When repeated visits make more sense

Repeated Endosphères treatments may make sense when the goal is ongoing support for fluid retention, puffiness, heaviness, cellulite appearance or tissue texture.

A client may still book one treatment without buying a series. A six-treatment option is not required.

Downtime

Usually little to none.

Temporary redness, sensitivity or tenderness may occur depending on the area and treatment intensity.

Main limitation

Endosphères should not be presented as a weight-loss treatment, meaningful fat-reduction procedure, permanent cellulite removal treatment, or substitute for medical treatment of a lymphatic condition.

Our opinion

Endosphères is especially useful when puffiness, fluid retention, heaviness, cellulite or uneven tissue texture are the main issues. Lymphatic drainage is an important part of what makes the treatment useful, but Endosphères is more than a manual lymphatic massage: Compressive Microvibration® also provides mechanical tissue stimulation as part of the treatment.

Repeated visits are the normal approach. Many clients need approximately six to eight treatments, while dense or hormonally influenced areas may require additional treatment or later maintenance.

Downtime

Temporary warmth, redness, mild swelling around follicles or sensitivity can occur. Most people return to normal activities quickly.

Main limitation

Laser hair removal provides reduction rather than a guarantee that every hair is permanently eliminated. Hair color, density, growth cycle and hormonal influence affect the result.

Our opinion

Laser hair removal makes the most sense for someone who wants a meaningful reduction in routine hair growth and understands that consistency across growth cycles matters. A single visit is available, but it should not be sold as if one appointment completes the process.

Yes. Where a single-treatment amount is listed, one visit is available. A multi-visit option is simply another choice when you already know you want repeated treatments.

Can a smaller laser treatment area cost less?

Yes, when the area is meaningfully smaller and requires less time or coverage. This applies most often to Aerolase, IPL, resurfacing and other laser work—not complete services such as facials or Endosphères.

Will I know the total before anything begins?

Yes. When the final amount depends on coverage, applicator count or another variable, the proposed plan and current total are reviewed first.

Why do some treatments show a multi-visit option?

Some goals are more commonly addressed over repeated visits. The multi-visit amount is shown so you can compare it with booking one appointment at a time.
