Do I need to know which treatment I want before I contact you?
No. You can begin with what you would like to improve, how much downtime you are comfortable with, or simply the kind of appointment you want. We can help you narrow down the options.
Can I book one treatment without committing to a package?
Yes. Some treatments make sense as a single visit. Others are more likely to produce a noticeable change when repeated. We explain the difference before you decide.
How will I know if a series is actually necessary?
We should be able to explain why repeated sessions are being recommended, how many are typically used and what each additional visit is expected to add. If one visit matches what you want, it does not need to become a package.
What happens if a treatment is not a good fit for me?
We will tell you. That may mean choosing another treatment, changing the goal, waiting, or deciding not to proceed.
Will I see the same provider each time?
For the most part, yes. We are a small team, and we try to keep you with the same experienced provider throughout a treatment series. Occasionally, scheduling or time away may require a change, but you should not expect a new, unfamiliar face at every appointment.
